The Early Intervention Service Coordination Unit helps parents access specialized services for children, birth to three years, with developmental delays.
The program is designed to ensure each child with developmental delays receives the proper care and support to reach his or her full potential. Service Coordinators meet with the family regularly, working collaboratively to develop an Individual Family Service Plan and revise as needs arise. They schedule in-home evaluations for the child, confer with developmental therapists and monitor growth and development.
Service Coordinators are available in Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties.
